Challenge:
Current model to manage inventory was manual and disjointed. Inventory levels where not efficiently tracked, orders were sent to vendors frequently and it was difficult to predict costs.
Solution:
Created an application that managed the full life cycle of inventory starting with the procurement of initial stock, through the usage of products, to automated re-ordering from suppliers. Additionally, management is able to monitor and report on inventory levels at any point in time, allowing better use of quantities on hand and increasing revenues by consolidating orders and reducing deliver times while optimizing shelf life.

Challenge:
Speciality need to manage license data distributed on thousands of client computers. Customers were not aware of expiring software license and facing compliance issues because of their inability to quickly assess license usage.
Solution:
Worked with the existing IT team to develop a remote client to be deployed on each machine that would independently operate and report usage of specific licensed products. This information was pushed to a centralized server which created a consolidated view of client statistics, reports and license volitions.

Developed a system to not only capture and manage orders, but allow visibility into purchasing trends and customer activities. We then created a module to target specific profiles of buyers to increase repeat business.

Needed a delivery mechanism to process online orders and ship product to customers. Additionally required a better way to accept on line payments.
Solution:
Created a store front allowing customers to fill a shopping cart of items for seemless checkout. Validated the shipping address to ensure product was not sent to a "dry" state and improved the promotion of specialty products.
